LITTLE VALLEY - Lori Pettit Rieman, Cattaraugus County District Attorney, reported the following activity in Cattaraugus County Court on Monday, April 23, 2012.

Obidah Ramadhan, 26, of Olean, but presently incarcerated in the Cattaraugus County Jail, was sentenced to a determinate term of five years of incarceration and two years supervision once he is released for his conviction of knowingly and unlawfully attempting to sell a narcotic drug.

Frederick Weaver, 75, of Leon, was sentenced to a term of incarceration of a minimum of one and one-third years and a maximum of four years and restitution for his conviction of fourth-degree grand larceny.

Christopher Winship, 27, of Olean, was sentenced to a term of incarceration of one and one-half years and one year of supervision once he is released for his conviction of knowingly and unlawfully attempting to sell a narcotic drug.

Timothy M. Hopkins, 51, of Salamanca, was sentenced to five years of probation including 240 hours of community service, a $1,000 fine and his license was revoked for his conviction of aggravated driving while intoxicated.

Crystal L. Fowler, 28, of Salamanca, waived prosecution by indictment and entered a plea of guilty by Superior Court Information to one count of driving while intoxicated. She will be sentenced on July 16, 2012.

Spencer D. Golden, 31, of Allegany, but presently incarcerated in the Cattaraugus County Jail, was arraigned and entered of plea of not guilty in connection with an indictment handed up by a Cattaraugus County grand jury which charged him with first-degree sexual abuse, second-degree unlawful imprisonment and forcible touching. This matter has been adjourned for 45 days for motions.

Laurie A. Grekulak, 35, of Perrysburg, was arraigned and entered a plea of not guilty in connection with an indictment handed up by a Cattaraugus County grand jury which charged her with aggravated driving while intoxicate with a child, no stopping/standing on a highway and two counts of driving while intoxicated. This matter has been adjourned for 45 days for motions.

James M. Hovey, 23, of Olean, entered a plea of guilty to two counts of third-degree assault to satisfy a pending indictment. He will be sentenced on July 16, 2012.

Thomas J. Washington, 23, of Olean, was arraigned and entered a plea of not guilty in connection to an indictment handed up by a Cattaraugus County grand jury which charged him with two counts of second-degree attempted robbery and one count of third-degree assault. This matter has been adjourned for 45 days for motion.

James M. Schichtel, 53, of West Valley, waived prosecution by indictment and entered a plea of guilty by Superior Court Information to driving while intoxicated. He will be sentenced on July 16, 2012.

David A. Romero III, 30, of Salamanca, waived prosecution by indictment and entered a plea of guilty by Superior Court Information to first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and driving while intoxicated. He will be sentenced on July 16, 2012.

Luis A. Castellana, 32, of Salamanca, was arraigned and entered a plea of not guilty in connection with an indictment handed up by a Cattaraugus County grand jury which charged him with unsafe lane change and two counts of driving while intoxicated. This matter has been adjourned for 45 days for motions.

Adele M. Flores, 33, of Olean, was sentenced to five years probation and her driver's license was suspended for six months following her conviction of third-degree attempted criminal possession of a controlled substance after she knowingly and unlawfully attempted to possess a narcotic drug.

Barry K. Armprester, 45, of Olean, was sentenced to five years probation following his conviction of fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance after he knowingly and unlawfully possessed a controlled substance with intent to sell it.

Timothy J. Hammond, 27, of Cuba, was sentenced to five years probation to include 240 hours of community service, a $1,000 fine and his driver's license was revoked for 18 months following his conviction of driving while intoxicated.

David Bremiller, 37, of East Otto, was sentenced to five years probation and his driver's license was suspended for six months following his conviction of third-degree attempted criminal sale of a controlled substance after he knowingly and unlawfully attempted to sell a narcotic drug.

Vladimir J. Rymko, 48, of Farmington, but presently incarcerated in the Cattaraugus County Jail, was sentenced to a term of incarceration of one year, a $2,000 fine and his driver's license was revoked for one year following his conviction of driving while intoxicated.

Brandi N. Osby, 32, of Allegany, entered a plea of guilty to fourth-degree welfare fraud to satisfy a pending indictment which charges that she obtained public assistance benefits in excess of $1,000 that she was not entitled to. She will be sentenced on July 15, 2012.

Bradley J. Clark, 43, of Bolivar, was sentenced to five years probation including 240 hours of community service, a fine of $1,500 and his driver's license was revoked following his convictions for driving while intoxicated and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

Suzanne E. Barnish, 47, of Allegany, was sentenced to five years probation including 240 hours of community service, a fine of $1,500 and her driver's license was revoked for one year following her convictions for aggravated driving while intoxicated and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Justin Walker, 20, of Hinsdale, was sentenced to five years probation, his driver's license was suspended for six months and he was ordered to pay restitution following his conviction of fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance after he knowingly and unlawfully sold a narcotic drug.

Joseph R. Hoffman, 30, of Delevan, was sentenced to five years probation including 50 hours of community service, a $2,000 fine and his license was revoked following his conviction of driving while intoxicated.
