JAMESTOWN POLICE
Christine M. Baca, 18, of Jamestown, was charged with failure to keep right, unlicensed operation and second-degree criminal impersonation at 12:38 a.m. Sunday. According to a police report, a vehicle was seen failing to keep right on Foote Avenue and pulled over on East Fourth Street. A woman was driving the vehicle, but the name she gave officers could not be verified. Upon further investigation, the woman was identified as Baca. She was charged and taken to the Jamestown City Jail. She will be in court later.
David W. Dean, 29, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree menacing at 9 p.m. Sunday. According to a police report, officers responded to a large fight reported at Connell's Bar, 3 Winsor St. Those in the bar said Dean came into the bar and wanted to start a fight. He picked up a pool cue and threatened at least one patron He than left the bar before officers could arrive, though he was found a short distance away. He will be in court later. During the same incident, Lanie B. Philbrick, 31, of Jamestown, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief. When Philbrick was escorted out of the bar, she started began punching the bar's windows. She will be in court later.
CARROLL POLICE
CARROLL - John M. Haluska, 62, of South Valley, was charged with making an unsafe lane change, failure to keep right, driving while intoxicated, DWI drugs and alcohol and refusal to consent to field sobriety tests at 1:07 a.m. Saturday. According to a police report, officers responded to a car accident. After investigating the crash, Haluska was charged and taken to WCA Hospital for treatment. He will be in court later.

HANOVER - Neil B. Mott III, 30, of Silver Creek, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment at 6:46 p.m. Sunday. According to a police report, deputies and the Silver Creek Police Department responded to a fight on Hanford Road in Hanover. Officers found Mott took a cell phone from another person and smashed the phone on the ground. Mott also punched a hole in the wall of a Hanford Road home. He will be in court later.
NEW YORK STATE POLICE
COLD SPRING - Kegan R. Wilson, 22, of Ceres, was charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent at 9:36 p.m. Sunday. She will be in court later.
SHERMAN - Kyle S. Laughner, 21, of Erie, was charged with second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia (packaging), second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia (scales) and fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana at 4:08 p.m. Sunday. He will be in court later.
