Dominic Spitale was honored with a birthday celebration on March 3 at Our Lady of Loreto Church Hall in Falconer surrounded by friends and family. State Senator Cathy Young surprised Dominic by attending the party and presenting him with a special birthday proclamation.
Mr. Spitale served in the United States Marine Corps in World War II. He is a member of the American Legion Henry Mosher Post 638 in Falconer. He has raised three children - Josette, Carl and Marilyn - has six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, and currently resides in Falconer.
