Robert L. and Debra A. Carr of Cherry Creek, N.Y., announce the engagement of their daughter, Tiffany M., to Michael P. Miller, the son of Mary Jane Jones and John Clyde Miller Sr. of Collins, Miss.
Miss Carr attended Woodruff High School in Woodruff, S.C., and received her GED. Her fiance attended school in Lockhart, Texas, and received his GED.
An April 20, 2012, wedding is planned.
