CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE

SALAMANCA - John D. Newark, 28, of 115 Fourth St., Little Valley, was charged with violation of parole and second-degree harassment at 2:55 a.m. Sunday. Newark was detained by the Salamanca Police Department and taken to the Cattaraugus County Jail until his arraignment. He will be in court later.

ELLICOTT POLICE

FALCONER - A 16-year-old male was charged with second-degree menacing after it was determined he had fired a pellet/bb type handgun on a public street in the village of Falconer. He was given an appearance ticket and will appear in court later.

SALAMANCA POLICE

SALAMANCA - Akyia L. Crowe, 26, of 21 Front Ave., Salamanca, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and second-degree burglary at 2:20 a.m. Thursday. Crowe is currently in custody awaiting arraignment and will appear in court later.

SALAMANCA - Carl L. Ketlle Jr., 30, of Salamanca, was charged with felony driving while intoxicated, felony aggravated driving while intoxicated and felony aggravated operation of a motor vehicle at 4:30 a.m. last Saturday following a complaint. He will appear in the City of Salamanca Court later.

SALAMANCA - Thomas D. Walkinshaw III, 30, of 324 Broad St., Salamanca, was charged with third-degree stalking, petit larceny, second-degree harassment, second-degree coercion and second-degree unlawful imprisonment at 11:55 p.m. Monday following a complaint. He is awaiting arraignment and will appear in court later.

PENNSYLVANIA STATE POLICE

GLADE - Henry Viator, 35, of Warren, was charged with driving while under the influence. According to police, Viator failed to negotiate a right hand curve and struck several mailboxes and a private residence. Upon police arrival at the scene, Viator was determined to be under the influence of alcohol. He will appear in court later.

GLADE - A 34-year-old male and a 26-year-old male, names withheld, were each charged with aggravated assault at 1:10 a.m. Tuesday following a verbal argument that escalated to physical violence. Both individuals received minor injuries. The 34-year-old was released on $10,000 bail and the 26-year-old defendant was sentenced to the Warren County Jail on $10,000 bail. They will appear in court later.

MEAD - Jennie M. Keener, 33, of Cyclone, and James L. Kilpatrick, 37, of Cyclone were each charged with one count of theft by unlawful taking. According to police, Keener and Kilpatric entered a victim's residence and concealed prescription medication belonging to the victim and then left the residence. They will appear in court later.

SUGAR GROVE - Willard R. Fehlman, 38, was found to be possession of drug paraphernalia at 9:40 p.m. Wednesday. According to police, probation officers were doing a home check when they came across drug paraphernalia in Fehlman's home. The Pennsylvania State Police were notified and charges are pending.
