Connie Tonger, a nurse practitioner, and Sarah Ferri, a physician assistant, have joined the team of health care providers at Family Health Medical Services.
Connie Tonger is board certified and licensed as a family nurse practitioner in New York state. She has more than 30 years of experience in the health care setting with involvement in long-term care, family practice, and teaching for the nursing program at Jamestown Community College. Her undergraduate and graduate degrees were obtained at the State University at Buffalo. She is affiliated with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the New York State Nurse Practitioner Association. She is taking new patients at Family Health Medical Services at 42 Dunham Ave., Jamestown.
Sarah Ferri is board certified and licensed in New York state as a physician assistant. She earned a master's degree magna cum laude in Physician Assistant Sciences from Gannon University. While at Gannon, she was a member of the Tri-Beta Biological Honor Society. A Chautauqua County native, Ms. Ferri said she is thrilled to be providing care to local residents. She also works at the Chautauqua County Health Department with concentration in family planning and women's health. She is taking new patients at Family Health Medical Services at 42 Dunham Ave., Jamestown.
