WARREN - Warren Midtown Motors has been honored with Ford Motor Company's 2011 President's Award.
According to Kevin Ruttenbur, Midtown general sales manager, the designation is awarded based on selling above the market average for a dealership's market while maintaining above-average customer satisfaction ratings.
Ford's Dealer Connection website states, "The President's Award is one of Ford Motor Company's most prestigious awards and recognizes dealers achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction."
Warren Midtown Motors was recently honored by Ford Motor Company with the 2011 President’s Award.
According to Ford, fewer than 10 percent of the 5,000 Ford and Lincoln dealerships nationwide receive the award.
"We are extremely pleased to recognize you (Midtown) and your dealership team for the exemplary performance you have demonstrated over the past year," states a letter from Ford to Midtown.
Ruttenbur said Midtown is the only Ford dealership in Warren and McKean counties in Pennsylvania and Chautauqua County in New York state to receive the designation.
Randy Carlson, Midtown parts and service director, said of the achievement, "It's a total dealership commitment from all staff."
"We're very proud to have some of the top employees in the country," Ruttenbur said.
