PANY SHRM, the local human resources chapter, will present "Turning Around Trouble Team Members: Developing Even the Most Difficult Employees.
Lisa Powell Fortna will be presenting this program from 3 to 5 p.m. Tuesday, March 27. Turning around trouble team members requires a plan and commitment to a course of action. The workshop is designed to provide a framework and tools to deal with and develop difficult employees. Many times, managers give up on these trouble team members and accept mediocre or even poor performance because they believe they don't have the time or ability to turn them into effective employees.
