Robert and Ople Gollnitz celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary with family at Calarco's Restaurant in Westfield, N.Y. The have three sons: Wade (Trudy) and Mark (Gini) of Westfield, and Dean (Mary Jo) of North Carolina. They also have 11 grandchildren, many great- grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
They were married Feb. 21, 1942, in First Presbyterian Church parsonage of Westfield.
A veteran of World War II, Gollnitz retired from Welch's in North East, Pa.. Mrs. Gollnitz had been employed by Ricket's Market in Westfield, N.Y.
