Vicky Edgar of East Otto, N.Y. and Paul Edgar of Virginia, Minn., announce the engagement of their daughter, Tabatha L., to Michael R. Peterson, the son of Steven and Linda Peterson of Jamestown, N.Y. Miss Edgar is also the granddaughter of Benny and Alice King and the late David and Vivian Edgar. Her fiance is the grandson of the late Robert and Margaret Burnett and the late Sigvard and Aileen Peterson.
Miss Edgar is a 1996 graduate of Cattaraugus Central School and a 1997 graduate of the Wilma Boyd Career School. She is employed by Seneca Gaming Corperation. Her fiance is a 1996 graduate of Jamestown High School. He is employed by Seneca Gaming Corperation and as an independent consultant with Ambit Energy.
A June 30, 2012, wedding is planned.
