Erica Elizabeth Ernewein and Michael Scott Butler exchanged wedding vows on June 11, 2011, at Panama United Methodist Church, Panama, N.Y. Retired Pastor Robert L. Johnesee performed the ceremony. Music was provided by Rebecca Ondrey, pianist.
The bride is the daughter of Rhonda Boss of Frewsburg, N.Y., and Bruce Ernewein of Williamsport, Pa., and the granddaughter of Betty Kolstee of Frewsburg, N.Y., and the late Ricahrd Kolstee, and Mr. and Mrs. Butch Ernewein, Celoron, N.Y. Her husband is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Donald L. Butler, Ashville, N.Y., and the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Duane Butler of Jamestown, N.Y., and the late Mr. and Mrs. Merrill Coffin.
The bride wore a strapless ivory gown with a beaded lace bodice and tiered ruffled chiffon skirt

Master and mistress of ceremonies were Mr. and Mrs. Matthew Burnett.
The bride earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Alfred University. She is employed as a financial analyst for Horizon Lines LLC. Her husband earned a bachelor's degree in early childhood education from Alfred University and completed graduate studies in curriculum and instruction from the State University at Fredonia. He is employed as a sixth-grade science and social studies teacher at the Thomasboro Academy, Charlotte, N.C.
They honeymooed in New Orleans and on a Caribbean cruise.
They are living in Charlotte, N.C.
