Rick Hays and Vonceile ''Von'' Miller-Hays of Ellington, N.Y., announce the engagement of their daughter, Brandi N. Miller, to David J. McCafferty, the son of Thomas and Tracey McCafferty of West Seneca, N.Y. She is also the daughter of the late Daniel S. Miller.
Miss Miller is a 1994 graduate of Jamestown High School, a 1996 graduate of Jamestown Community College and a 2000 graduate of the University of Akron. She is employed by Tower Group Companies. Her fiance is a graduate of West Seneca High School and a 2003 graduate of Erie Community College. He is employed by W.N.Y.D.D.S.O.
A September 2012 wedding is planned.
