LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE
Pamela S. Parla, 18 Howard St., Jamestown, was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI and failure to yield the right of way Monday at 12:30 p.m. According to police, a vehicle heading south on Mall Boulevard in Lakewood turned left into the mall parking lot and almost hit a marked patrol car. The vehicle was pulled over and police say Parla was found to be driving and intoxicated. She was taken into custody and later released to be in Busti Town Court later.
ELLICOTT POLICE
Donald E. Keith, 42, and Judy V. Keith, 53, both of Falconer were charged with endangering the welfare of a child Monday. According to police, an investigation found a child in their care did not attend school on a regular basis and was truant a number of school days. Both were issued appearance tickets and will be in Ellicott Town Court later.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
JAMESTOWN - Lisa Rhoades, 48, of 10781 South Roberts Road, Dunkirk, was charged with petit larceny and fraudulent receipt of benefits Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. According to police, she failed to report to the Department of Social Services that she was employed, therefore receiving $541 in food stamp benefits to which she was not entitled. She was issued an appearance ticket to Jamestown City Court later.
HANOVER - Chad A. Ellis, 31, of 970 Newton St., Irving, was charged with seven counts of endangering the welfare of a child Tuesday at 10:45 a.m. According to police, Ellis was inappropriately texting with a 14-year-old female, sending numerous messages which were sexual in nature over a two-month period. He was taken into custody and is to be in Hanover Town Court later. The investigation is continuing.
WESTFIELD POLICE
Jeremy P. Kane, 31, of Brocton was charged with driving while intoxicated and failure to keep right Feb. 1 at 2:28 a.m. on Academy Street in Westfield. Officers pulled over the vehicle for allegedly crossing the center yellow line multiple times. According to police, Kane was found to be driving and intoxicated. He was taken into custody and will be in Westfield Village Court later.
SALAMANCA POLICE
Jeremy M. Foster, 21, of 52 Adams St., Salamanca, was charged with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration and resisting arrest. He was sent to Cattaraugus County Jail on $1,500 bail.
CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
SALAMANCA - Irene F. Purdy, 61, of Elmira was charged with petit larceny Saturday at 2 p.m. at 768 Broad St., Salamanca. According to police, Purdy stole a three-pack of bingo markers valued at $7.50 from the Bingo Hall retail store. She was taken into custody and later released on an appearance ticket to Salamanca Town Court on Feb. 8 at 9 p.m.

NORTH HARMONY - Philip A. George, 22, of Akron, Ohio, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, DWI and first-degree operation of a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs Thursday at 9:40 p.m. on Route 394 in North Harmony. He was held on $1,500 cash bail.
DUNKIRK - Mark A. McCann, 29, of Hamburg was charged with petit larceny Thursday at 1:52 p.m. at 10274 Route 60 in Pomfret after an incident that allegedly occurred Aug. 28 at 12:45 p.m. He was held.
CATTARAUGUS INDIAN TERRITORY - Donovan C. Stafford, 31, of Indian Hill Road, Gowanda, was charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and felony DWI Thursday at 4:15 p.m. on Lane Road in the Cattaraugus Indian Territory. Troopers pulled over the vehicle for allegedly going 70 mph in a 45-mph zone. According to police, Stafford was found to be driving and intoxicated. He was taken into custody and taken to the Collins barracks where he allegedly refused to take a breath test. A records check also allegedly showed he had been convicted of a DWI offense within the last 10 years, making the current charged a felony. His license was also found to be revoked due to the previous conviction. He was arraigned in Collins Town Court and taken to the Erie County holding center on $2,500 cash bail.
ELLICOTT - Blaydon F. Niles, 20, of Ellicott was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana Friday at 9 p.m. on Route 394 in Ellicott. He was issued an appearance ticket.

NORTH HARMONY - Edward J. Fisher, 53, of Sherman was charged with failure to keep right and DWI on Friday at 10:40 p.m. after a one-vehicle accident on Stedman Sherman Road in North Harmony. No arrest status was reported.
KIANTONE - Barbara J. Guiffreda, 52, of Jamestown was charged with DWI and DWI per se Saturday at 2:55 a.m. on Spencer Road in Kiantone. Troopers pulled over the vehicle for allegedly almost swerving into a ditch. According to police, Guiffreda was found to be driving and intoxicated. She was taken into custody and taken to the Jamestown barracks where a breath test allegedly showed her blood alcohol content to be .12 percent. She was issued appearance tickets to Kiantone Town Court and was released to a third party.
JAMESTOWN - Michael L. Forness, 58, of Jamestown was charged with exposure of a person, DWI and DWI per se Saturday at 7:50 p.m. at the intersection of Route 60 and West Oak Hill Road in Jamestown. Troopers allegedly saw a man urinating in front of Community Bank in Jamestown. As troopers approached, he allegedly drove away in his vehicle. He was pulled over soon after, and identified as Forness. He was taken into custody and allegedly found to be intoxicated. He was taken to the Jamestown barracks where a breath test allegedly showed his blood alcohol content to be .11 percent. He was issued an appearance ticket and released to a sober individual.
COLLINS - Glenn S. Thomassin, 40, of Collins was charged with assault with intent to cause serious injury with a weapon and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon Saturday at 2:21 p.m. on South Street in Collins. He was issued an appearance ticket.
DUNKIRK - Ralph J. Dolce, 45, of Brocton was charged with DWI, driving while ability impaired by drugs or alcohol and unsafe backing of a vehicle Sunday at 5:35 p.m. on South Roberts Road in Dunkirk. He was issued an appearance ticket.
