FREWSBURG - A Frewsburg man has been charged after allegedly sexually abusing a 13-year-old girl in Frewsburg.
Jonathan P. Wiltsie, 30, of 15 Falconer St., Frewsburg, was charged Wednesday with second-degree sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child recently. According to police, Wiltsie had an encounter where he touched a 13-year-old female juvenile in a sexual manner without consent which allegedly occurred early January in Frewsburg. Child Protective Services received a report of the incident and sent the information to the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Dept. CPS and sheriff's deputies then conducted a joint investigation.
Wiltsie was taken into custody at a home he was staying at and was arraigned in Carroll Town Court. He was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 property bond.
