Honor Society Open To CAHF Middle-Schoolers

January 29, 2012
The Post-Journal

CAHF has a Junior Honor Society that is open to middle school students who have maintained a 90 percent average or above for two consecutive marking periods. Potential members complete a detailed application and write an essay. Accepted members are inducted in a special celebration. Once a member, it is required that a student maintains the 90 percent or above average and performs a minimum of 10 hours of service in home, school, community and church each trimester. Junior Honor Society members meet monthly and help each other to keep their averages up. They also encourage other students to strive to meet the joining requirements. Junior Honor Society members are recognized as the leaders of our school community and often volunteer their time and talents at school, church and community events.
