Michael and Deborah Penna of Ashtabula, Ohio, announce the engagement of their daughter, Elizabeth Michele, to Seth Erick Cheney, the son of Morris and Judy Cheney of Jamestown, N.Y., and the grandson of Henry and Ruby Cheney and Majorie Kindland, all of Jamestown, N.Y., and the late Robert Kindland.
Miss Penna is a graduate of Duquesne University and is employed by Becton Dickinson and Company as a procurement planner. Her fiance is a graduate of Frewsburg Central School and is employed by KCI Technologies Inc. as a senior project planner.
A May 2012 wedding is planned.
