An incident in Ellicott that resulted in charges against Steven E. Samples of Falconer and Brandi M. Marsh of Jamestown occured at an apartment building next door to Waddington's Tavern in Falconer, not in the tavern. The information was incorrectly reported to The Post-Journal.
