Megan Stearns and Kyle Jones exchanged wedding vows on Aug. 20, 2011, at the Cable Hollow Church in Russell, Pa. Jon Meyer performed the ceremony. Music was provided by Dan Burford.
The bride is the daughter of Donald and Lori Stearns of Russell, Pa. Her husband is the son of David and Christine Jones of Pittsfield, Pa.
The bride is a 2005 graduate of Eisenhower High School, a 2009 graduate of Millersville University of Pennsylvania, and is pursuing a Ph.D. in microbiology from the University at Buffalo. She is employed by the Research Foundation of New York. Her husband is a 2006 graduate of Youngsville High School, a 2010 graduate of Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, and is pursuing his master's degree in geology at the University at Buffalo.
