Police report foul play is not suspected after an unattended death Thursday at the Dudley Hotel on Main Street.

SALAMANCA - Alicia M. Tyger, 27, 92 Academy St., upper, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance at 12:30 p.m. Thursday. Police report she was charged after a six-month investigation resulting in allegations that she sold controlled substances in the Salamanca area. The investigation was conducted by the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force, consisting of members of the sheriff's department and New York State Police. The investigation is continuing with more arrests expected.
ALLEGANY - Zachary P. Harter, 26, 216 S. Farley St., Kane, Pa., was charged with driving while intoxicated and failure to keep right after an 11:20 p.m. accident Monday on South Nine Mile Road. He allegedly lost control of his vehicle, striking a tree and then a residence. He and a passenger in his car, Ronald A. Baer, 21, were transported to Olean General Hospital and then Erie County Medical Center after sustaining serious injury in the crash.
JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
Brittany A. Harrington, 21, Jamestown, was charged with second-degree menacing at 2:43 a.m. Friday at 400 Allen St. Police report she allegedly threatened another with a steak knife and caused minor injuries to someone. She was taken to city jail.
LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT
Brittney N. Waldron, 21, Jamestown, was charged with petit larceny at 11:30 a.m. Friday. Police allege that between Oct. 24 and Dec. 9, she allegedly stole $509 from her register while working at the Bon Ton in the Chautauqua Mall.
Michael J. Golden, 20, Lakewood, was charged with petit larceny at 1:40 p.m. Friday at 318 E. Fairmount Ave. after allegedly stealing $100 from his register while working at Sears in the Chautauqua Mall.
