Belinda and Todd Westerdahl of Bemus Point, N.Y., and Paul and Joyce Nelsen of Falconer, N.Y., announce the engagement of their daughter, Diane Nelsen, to Jeramy Cobo, the son of Sue and Al Parker of Goose Creek, S.C., and Alan and Jeanne Cobo of Randolph, N.Y.
Miss Nelsen is a graduate of Chautauqua Lake Central School and attended Jametown Business College. She is employed by Seneca Gaming Corporation at the Seneca Allegany Casino and Hotel. Her fiance is a graduate of Randolph Central School, attended Waynesburg University and graduated from the State University at Fredonia. He is employed by the Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Department.
A Sept. 8, 2012, wedding is planned.
