Alexander and Anita Ditonto of Jamestown, N.Y., celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Oct. 14, 2011, with a family dinner party at Salvatore's Italian Garden, Depew, N.Y. The celebration was hosted by their children, Brenda Bouch and Kristopher Krok of Dalton, Pa.; and Michael and Heather Ditonto of Virginia Beach, Va. They also have three grandchildren: Jason, Alyssa and Jordan. Out-of-state guests attended from Virginia and Pennsylvania.
Ditonto and the former Anita Daccardi were married Oct. 14, 1961, in Immaculate Conception Church, Cassadaga, N.Y. The Rev. Dan Dugan performed the ceremony.
Ditonto is retired from American Locker. Mrs. Ditonto is employed by Jamestown Stamp Co. They are members of St. James Roman Catholic Church.
