Britta Grace Leburg and Kyle Scott Van Akin exchanged wedding vows on Aug. 13, 2011, at the Bemus Point United Methodist Church. Pastor Dan McBride performed the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Steven and Patricia Leburg of Jamestown, N.Y., and the granddaughter of Doris Anderson of Jamestown, N.Y. Her husband is the son of Sylvia Van Akin of Savannah, N.Y.
Stephanie Leburg, sister of the bride, was maid of honor. Amanda Aipoalani was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Theresa Honti, Jenni Babcock, Lindsay Olson and Kerri Hoglin. Flower girls were Sydney and Emma VanVleck, nieces of the groom.

Best man was Mike Van Akin, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Cody Davis, Shane Plantz, Travis Leburg, Kai Anderson and Carl Sekoll. Ring bearers were Ryan VanVleck, nephew of the groom, and Jimmy Bennett, cousin of the bride.
Mistresses of ceremonies were Ann Anderson and Wendy Present, aunts of the bride.
The bride is a 2009 graduate of Alfred University. She is employed as an elementary art teacher at Panama Central School. Her husband is a 2010 graduate of Alfred State College. He is employed with Diversified Erection of Celoron.
They honeymooned in Hawaii.
They are living in Lakewood, N.Y.
