James Deppas and Kathleen and Terrence Stronz of Jamestown, N.Y., announce the engagement of their daughter, Rachel Deppas, to Timothy Anderson, the son of Gregory and Christina Anderson of Jamestown, N.Y. Miss Deppas is also the granddaughter of the late Anthony ''Dony'' and Dominica ''Dolly'' Deppas, and John Campion of Jamestown, N.Y., and the late Mary Fran Campion. Her fiance is the grandson of Athena Constantine of Jamestown, N.Y., and the late Christ Constantine, and Betty Anderson of Jamestown, N.Y., and the late Clare Anderson.
Miss Deppas is a 2004 graduate of Jamestown High School and a 2010 graduate of the University at Buffalo with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree. She is employed by Tops Pharmacy as a staff pharmacist. Her fiance is 2002 graduate of Jamestown High School, and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in education from the State University at Fredonia and a Masters of Science in curriculum instruction and assessment from Walden University. He is employed as a second-grade teacher at Rogers Elementary School.
An Aug. 18, 2012, wedding is planned.
