Lawsuit Defendants
In Wednesday's edition of The Post-Journal, an article about an ongoing lawsuit involving the Board of Public Utilities stated several past and present BPU officals are named as defendants. The list of eight defendants identified in the legal complaint include the BPU as well as current General Manager David Leathers, current Director of Human Resources David Watkins, current Transmission and Distribution Manager Chris Rodgers, Human Resources Department staff member Arline Hazenberg, former Deputy General Manager Randy Peterson, former Director of Human Resources Ward near, and private attorney William Wright.
