Melissa Kinnear and Brian Thompson exchanged wedding vows on Aug. 21, 2011, at the Lakewood Beach Gazebo. The Honorable John LaMancuso performed the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Lynn and Thomas Kinnear of Jamestown, N.Y., and the granddaughter of Robert Wheelhouse. Her husband is the son of Brian and Betty Thompson of Round Rock, Texas.
The bride wore a Sequin Hearts gown of ivory with single strap floral.

The bride earned an associate degree in police science/criminal justice from Jamestown Community College and an associate degree in business administration from Jamestown Business College. Her husband is employed as a collection agent at CBJ Credit Recovery.
They are living in Lakewood, N.Y.
