KENNEDY - The committee responsible for developing the project to improve the Poland, Town Hall and expand the Kennedy Free Library, located in the town hall, has launched a website. The website, www.TOPbuildingproject.org, will provide up-to-date information on the building project that will be presented to the residents of the town of Poland for voter approval on Nov. 8, 2011.

The committee's chairman, Sandra Tompsett, states "Our goal is to make sure every resident has access to the facts, purpose, and rationale of this project before they make their decision and vote on Nov. 8.

"It is equally important that the committee receive feedback from residents and have the opportunity to answer their questions,'' she said.

This website will provide information on project plans, project cost and funding, plans for the new library addition, listing of dates, times, and locations of upcoming information meetings, and the history of researching and planning for this project from 2001-11. Also included is a page to download information sheets, a brochure, and other material.

An important feature of the website can be found on the "Contact Us" page. Residents are given the opportunity to ask questions of the committee or offer feedback on this page. Questions submitted along with their answers will be listed on the 'Questions and Answers" page.

You may access this website at www.topbuildingproject.org/.
