Timothy Warrior, 28, was charged with unnecessary noise and obstructing governmental administration and Joshua Warrior, 22, was charged with disorderly conduct Friday at 6:03 p.m. Officers allegedly saw a vehicle in the area of Hazzard and Axtel streets with very loud music. The vehicle was pulled over and Timothy Warrior was taken into custody for unnecessary noise. He then allegedly became upset with officers. Joshua Warrior then allegedly came to the road and was searing towards officers, where a large crowd had gathered. He was taken into custody for disorderly conduct. During the arrest of his brother, Timothy allegedly attempted to obstruct officers and he was charged. Both were taken to the city jail pending arraignment.
Patrick J. Bunce, 48, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree harassment, third-degree menacing and third-degree criminal mischief Sunday at 11:09 a.m. Officers responded to 38 W. 11th St. for a reported domestic incident. According to police, Bunce pushed a woman while both were inside the home. The woman then went outside to move her vehicle so Bunce could get his truck out of the driveway to leave. Bunce then allegedly hit her vehicle with his truck. He was taken into custody and taken to the city jail pending arraignment.
Kelly L. Davis, 33, of 941 Blockville Watts Flats Road, Ashville, was charged with petit larceny and endangering the welfare of a child Saturday at 12:15 p.m. According to police, Davis took $131.96 in merchandise from Sears, at 318 E. Fairmount Ave., in the presence for a 4-year-old girl. She was stopped by Sears staff and turned over to police. She was issued an appearance ticket for Busti Town Court later.
Lisa L. Osgood, 24, of 6708 Route 417, Kill Buck, was charged with DWI, DWI per se, aggravated DWI and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation Saturday at 8:20 a.m. Officers responded to a motor vehicle accident on Washington Street where a car allegedly hit a utility pole, breaking the pole in half. According to police, Osgood was found to be driving and intoxicated. She was taken to the Cattaraugus County Jail on $750 bail and will be in court on Wednesday at 9 a.m.
Crystal L. Fowler, 28, of 71 Washington St., Salamanca, was charged with moving from lane unsafely, felony DWI, DWI per se, aggravated DWI, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle and unlawful possession of marijuana Sunday at 2:17 a.m. Officers responded to a motor vehicle accident on Wildwood Avenue. According to police,. Fowler was found to be driving and intoxicated. She was taken to the Cattaraugus County Jail on $1,000 bail and is to be in court on Friday.

RIPLEY - Skyler L. Miller, 24, of 41 Maple Ave., Ripley, was charged with first-degree burglary Saturday at 9:55 p.m. Deputies responded to a suspicious situation on Wisner Street in Ripley. According to police, Miller unlawfully entered a home and threatened people inside with a baseball bat. Miller was taken into custody without incident and arraigned in Ripley Town Court. He was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail.
RIPLEY - Tyler S. Best, 20, of 27 Goodrich St., Ripley, was charged with loud exhaust and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation Saturday at 9:20 p.m. Deputies pulled over a vehicle on Route 20 in Ripley for allegedly having a loud exhaust. According to police, Best was found to be driving with a suspended license. He is to be in Ripley Town Court later.

ELLERY - David M. Garrett, 33, of Greenhurst was charged with driving while intoxicated and DWI per se Thursday at 10:40 p.m. on Route 430 in Ellery. Troopers pulled over the vehicle for multiple alleged traffic violations. According to police, Garrett was found to be driving and intoxicated. He was taken to the Jamestown Police Department where a breath test showed his blood alcohol content to be .22 percent. He was then taken to the Jamestown barracks and issued tickets to Ellery Town Court. He was then released to a third party.
Taylor M. Darcy, 26, of Little Valley was charged with DWI and DWI per se Saturday at 1:42 a.m. at the intersection of Washington and West Third streets in Jamestown. Troopers pulled over the vehicle for allegedly driving through a red light. According to police, Darcy was found to be driving and intoxicated. Her blood alcohol content was found to be .15 percent. She was taken to the Jamestown Police Department and then to the Jamestown barracks of the State Police where she was processed and issued tickets to Jamestown City Court. She was then released to a third party.
NORTH HARMONY - Gary H. Hannold, 35, of Ellery was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana and two counts of second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia Saturday at 7:58 a.m. on Route 18 in North Harmony. He was issued an appearance ticket.
PERRYSBURG - Robert M. Mooney, 21, of Fredonia was charged with third-degree criminal trespass Saturday at 7:50 p.m. on Route 62 in Collins after an incident that allegedly occurred on Sept. 2 at 12:40 a.m. According to police, officers were checking the abandoned JN Adam grounds on Airview Drive in Perrysburg and found a car parked near the old pump house on the grounds with no one around. The grounds were searched but no one was found. The car was towed from the scene and impounded. Troopers investigated with family members and determined the owner was in no danger, and he was charged later. He was issued an appearance ticket to Perrysburg Town Court later.
CATTARAUGUS INDIAN TERRITORY - Timothy E. Jones, 38, of Irving was charged with DWI and DWI per se on Saturday at 11:58 p.m. on Route 438 in the Cattaraugus Indian Territory. He was released to a third party.
ELLERY - Clarence C. Carte, 37, of Sinclairville was charged with license restriction violation, leaving the scene of a personal injury accident, imprudent speed, DWI, DWI per se, reckless driving and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway on Saturday at 3:21 a.m. at WCA Hospital in Jamestown after a situation that allegedly occurred in Ellery on Route 380 at 2:15 a.m. He was issued appearance tickets.
ELLICOTT - Robert S. Niles, 49, of Jamestown was charged with DWI and DWI per se on Sunday at 3:07 a.m. on North Main Street Extension in Ellicott. He was issued an appearance ticket.
POMFRET - Donald D. Wuerstle, 53, of Dunkirk was charged with DWI and DWI per se on Sunday at 1:08 a.m. on Route 60 in Pomfret. He was released to a third party.
