KENNEDY - Denise E. Brown, 55, of Route 394, Kennedy, passed away Friday, Aug. 5, 2011, in the town of Great Valley.
She was born May 1, 1956 in Corry, Pa., the daughter of Everett and Myrtle Cady Tryon.
She was a graduate of Clymer High School, Clymer, N.Y., and Jamestown Community College. Denise was currently employed as a Teachers Aide at Falconer Central School and also assisted her husband in his business, Corey W. Brown Auction at the Green Gable Village in Great Valley. She had also worked for many years at the Randolph Children's Home (New Directions).

She attended Faith Bible Chapel in Randolph and her child hood church, Abbe Reform Church in Clymer. Her interests included; spending time at home, working outside and enjoying her flowers and watching birds.
She is survived by her parents of Clymer; her husband, Corey W. Brown, whom she married on Oct. 10, 1981, in the Clymer Abbe Reform Church; two daughters: Mikaela Brown of Fredonia and Kendra Brown at home in Kennedy; two sisters: Roxanne Baker and her husband Bob and Candace Magraw and her husband Jerry all of Erie, Pa.
The family will receive friends from 4 to 7 Thursday (Aug. 11, 2011) in the Van Rensselaer and Son Funeral Home, 14 Church St., Randolph. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in the Faith Bible Chapel, 117 Jamestown Street, Randolph. The Rev. Allan Jones will officiate.
