Kelli Ann Groves and David Vance Shagla Jr. exchanged wedding vows on June 17, 2011, at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Jamestown, N.Y. The Rev. Daniel Rumfelt performed the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Terri Ransom of Sugar Grove, Pa., and Paul Groves of Youngsville, Pa., and the granddaughter of Mert and Shirley Robbins of Busti, N.Y. Her husband is the son of David and Donna Shagla of Sugar Grove, Pa., and the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. William Rooney of Ashville, N.Y.
The bride wore a pink Ella Rose ball gown.

Nichole Pavlock was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Julie Destro, Jobie Groves, Shelly Carlson and Julie Miller. Flower girls were Raegon Beaver and Halley Shagla.
Best man was David Shagla Sr. Ushers were Mitch Destro, Jay Groves, Jason Fardink and Terry Black. Ring bearer was Mikael Beaver.
Master and mistress of ceremonies were Dale and Kellie Johnson.
They are both graduates of Eisenhower High School. The bride is employed as an advertising sales rep for the Times Observer in Warren. Her husband is employed as a pipefitter by Chautauqua Mechanical in Falconer, N.Y.
They honeymooned in Clearwater, Fla.
They are living in Sugar Grove, Pa.
