William J. and Lynn Radack Jr. celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on June 4, 2011, with a celebration at the BPOE Elk Club in Jamestown, N.Y., and a golfing outing. The celebration was hosted by their children and spouses: William J. and April Radack III of Jamestown, N.Y., Dr. Matthew C. and Jane Radack of Wilmington, N.C., Jody Radack of Jamestown, N.Y., and Andrew T. and Donna Radack of Silver Creek, N.Y., and their grandchildren: Maggie, Lily and Chet Radack of Wilmington, N.C.; Jessica and Megan Weise of Jamestown, N.Y.; and Noah and Rachel Radack of Silver Creek, N.Y. Out-of-state guests attended from Florida, Indiana, Arizona, Texas, Connecticut and North Carolina. Also in attendance from the original wedding party was Cecelia H. Fordham of Hawaii, matron of honor.
Radack and the former Lynn Hagadorn were married July 1, 1961, in Ss. Peter and Paul Church, Jamestown, N.Y. The Rev. Kenneth Mullens performed the ceremony.
Radack is a retired captain of the U.S. Marine Corps and is employed as a financial advisor with UBS. Mrs. Radack is a retired teacher and had taught in Virginia, California, North Carolina, and at Ss. Peter and Paul School, Jamestown.
