Taxpayers Should Not Fund Cleanup

June 12, 2011
The Post-Journal

To the Readers' Forum:

The Randolph Town Board spent over $150,000 of taxpayer money to dismantel the Dimension Building. Next, they plan the same for the McNallie Building, all at the expense of the local taxpayers.

It's always easy to spend taxpayer money and raise property taxes. I do not want the Town of Randolph taxpayers to fund the cleanup of all properties in disrepair in Randolph. Tell the Town Board we are not cash cows.
