JAMESTOWN POLICE

Ronald J. Caruso, 33, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree unlawful imprisonment at 4:13 p.m. Saturday after police officers responded to a reported domestic incident at 26 McDaniel Ave. According to a police report, Caruso prevented his girlfriend from leaving the home during an argument by parking his car behind hers in the driveway and refusing to move. He was charged and taken to the Jamestown City Jail awaiting arraignment.

WESTFIELD POLICE

WESTFIELD - Larry J. Davids, 58, of West Irving Street, Corry, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and speeding at 9:48 p.m. Friday after he was pulled over on Chestnut Street in Westfield. Davids will be in Westfield Village Court later.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S

CHAUTAUQUA - Nicole Harrell, 26, of Dewittville was charged with DWI, DWI per se for having a .08 percent blood-alcohol content or higher, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, following too closely and failure to signal a turn at 2:42 a.m. Friday on Old Route 17 in the town of Chautauqua. According to a police report, deputies saw a vehicle turn off of Hartfield-Centralia Road onto Old Route 17 without signaling, then start tailgating another vehicle before Ms. Harrell was pulled over. She will be in Chautauqua Town Court later.
