Rachel Deborah Cybart and Andrew Welton exchanged wedding vows on Dec. 28, 2010, at Covenant Orthodox Presbyterian Church, Grove City, Pa. Iain Duguid of Christ Presbyterian Church, Grove City, Pa., performed the ceremony. Music was provided by Randy Welker, Melissa McKinney, Rebecca Miller and Jonathan Kuciemba.
The bride is the daughter of Barbara Bremer Cybart of Chautauqua, N.Y., and Mark Cybart of Forestville, N.Y. Her husband is the son of Gary and Gaye Welton of Grove City, Pa.
The bride wore an ivory satin gown, with a high strapless bodice and full skirt. Its maroon satin sash embroidered in a wintry floral design ornamented with silver thread and opalescent sequins reached to the floor in the back and continued to the end of the cathedral-length train.

Best man was Wayne Houk. Ushers were Benjamin Welton, brother of groom, and Nathaniel Fedor.
The bride is a graduate of Silver Creek Central School and attended the State University at Fredonia. Her husband is a graduate of Grove City College and is pursuing his Ph.D in medieval history at University of Florida.
They honeymoon in St. Augustine, Fla.
They are living in Gainesville, Fla.
