Matthew J. Molnar, 36, of Jamestown was charged with first-degree criminal contempt Wednesday at 4:26 p.m. Officers received a tip that Molnar was at a home on Falconer Street in violation of a Jamestown City Court order of protection. When they arrived, they allegedly found Molnar leaving the house, which is the home of the woman with the valid order of protection. Molnar was taken into custody and taken to the city jail. It was allegedly found that he had a previous conviction for criminal contempt, making the current charge a felony.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
Latika Saintkitts, 20, of Jamestown appeared on the Chautauqua County Wanted Persons Program. She was wanted by the Sheriff's Office for criminal possession of drugs. She turned herself in to Ellicott Town Court and was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail. She has been released on bail.
Todd A. Haskins, 36, of Jamestown appeared on the Chautauqua County Wanted Persons Program. He was wanted by the Sheriff's Office for family court warrants. He turned himself in to Jamestown Police and was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail.
David A. Wolfgang, 33, of Jamestown appeared on the Chautauqua County Wanted Persons Program. He was wanted by the Sheriff's Office for second-degree burglary and grand larceny. He was taken into custody by Pennsylvania authorities and is currently incarcerated in Pennsylvania. The town of Ellicott Police are in the process of getting him extradited back to New York.
CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
LITTLE VALLEY - Brandon James Campbell, 20, of 108 Second St., Little Valley, was charged with third-degree burglary, third-degree larceny, third-degree criminal possession of stolen property and trespass Tuesday at 1:10 p.m. He was taken into custody on an active warrant from New Albion Town Court. He was sent to Little Valley Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail.
HAMLET -Donald J. Pfaffenbach, 29, of 9925 Edwards Corners Road, South Dayton, was charged with first-degree attempted robbery, second-degree menacing and a violation of the Family Court Act on Tuesday at 10:30 p.m. Deputies, with the help of the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office, took Pfaffenbach into custody at his girlfriend's house in Hamlet on a warrant issued from Cattaraugus County Court charging him with failure to appear for arraignment on the previous charges. It was also found that he allegedly had an outstanding warrant issued from Cattaraugus County Family Court. He is being held in Cattaraugus County Jail without bail pending arraignment.
ASHFORD -David T. Fiorella, 41, of 9645 Route 240, Ashford, was charged with snowmobiling while intoxicated, imprudent speed and failure to yield to emergency vehicles Saturday at 10:46 p.m. Patrols allegedly attempted to pull over the snowmobile when it fled. The vehicle was followed to a home, and Fiorella was allegedly found driving and intoxicated. He was released with tickets to appear in Ashford Town Court later.
ALLEGANY - Anthony J. Wilson, 29, of 1318 Reed St., Olean, was charged with resisting arrest Wednesday at 4:30 p.m. Deputies stopped a vehicle on Constitution Avenue in Allegany. It was allegedly found that he had a bench warrant for failing to appear on a charge of third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. He was allegedly not compliant with officers and resisted arrest. He was arraigned in Allegany Town Court and held in the Cattaraugus County Jail on $2,500 bail.
ASHFORD - Jacob W. Black, 34, of 3368 Lake Shore Road, Hamburg, was taken into custody on a Family Court warrant on Friday at 5 p.m. He was taken into custody by the Erie County Sheriff's Office and turned over to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office. He is being held in county jail on $2,500 bail.
LITTLE VALLEY - Dakota James Pascucci, 18, of 3724 Route 16N, Hinsdale, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance Saturday at 12:07 p.m. He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Hinsdale Town Court later.
SALAMANCA - Carl Kettle, 29, of 218 Hillview Homes, Salamanca, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief Tuesday at 5 a.m. He was taken into custody on an active bench warrant. He was allegedly in the Pyramid parking lot when the vehicle he was driving sped up and caused stones from the parking lot to damage glass on another vehicle. The incident allegedly happened in August. He was arraigned in Great Valley Town Court and is to reappear on March 8.
SALAMANCA -Matthew Wade Maybee, 35, of 218 Hillview Homes, Salamanca, was charged with violation of parole on Feb. 9 at 7:22 a.m. Deputies and parole officers took him into custody. He was found at a friend's home and was taken to Little Valley Jail.
