Demolition is nearly complete on the south building on Prather Avenue at WCA Hospital.
Once the site is clear, the hospital will be nearly ready to begin work on its new Emergency Department.
The $16.5 million project will include 30 private treatment rooms in an 18,000 square foot Emergency Department. The new facility is designed to minimize patient treatment times, decrease admission times, improve efficiency and improve collaboration.
