Alexa L. Knoxsah, 20, of 58 Broad St., Salamanca, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief Sunday at 11:15 p.m. Knoxsah was taken into custody after allegedly interfering when another person attempted to make an emergency call to police during a domestic dispute. Knoxsah was processed and held awaiting arraignment.
Michael L. Chase, 19, of Olean, was charged with second-degree attempted burglary and second-degree aggravated harassment as well as a bench warrant from Salamanca City Court on Saturday at 8:04 p.m.

BROKENSTRAW - Arthur Gruber, 59, of Irvine, Pa., was charged with DUI on Saturday at 3:13 a.m. after being stopped for allegedly committing traffic violations and found to allegedly be intoxicated on National Forge Road. Charges are pending the result of a blood test.
DEERFIELD - Joseph Charles Cislo, 56, of Dravosburg, Pa., was charged with DUI on Sunday at 2:10 a.m. after being stopped on Davey Hill Road for allegedly crossing the center line. He was allegedly found to be intoxicated and was taken to Warren General Hospital for a blood test.
GLADE - Jessica Kreckel, 31, of Warren, was charged with drug-related DUI on Saturday at 6 p.m. after a vehicle accident Conewango Avenue a quarter-mile from Hatch Run Road. Kreckel was allegedly driving a blue Ford Taurus, which drifted off the road onto the shoulder and hit a stump. Kreckel was moderately injured. There were two other passengers inside of the car, a 2-year-old female and a 10-year-old male, both had minor injuries. During the investigation, a small amount of marijuana was allegedly found inside the car. The investigation is continuing.
Mandy R Jurkowski, 22, of 515 Water St, was charged with forgery Thursday at 11:10 a.m. Police investigated a complaint received on Oct. 22 from Thorne's Bilo. Jurkowski allegedly transmitted a prescription to Bilo Pharmacy with an electronic signature of Dr. Mohamed Kourtu for 90 Vicodin ES tablets without authorization.
Brian A Scharrer, 21, of 49 Drew Ellie Lane, Pittsfield, Pa., was charged with harassment, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness, resisting arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia Saturday at 2:27 a.m., after he was seen in a fight in front of a bar in Warren. Scharrer refused to obey officer's commands to stop fighting and stay where he was, causing the officer to discharge his Taser to take Scharrer into custody. Once in custody paraphernalia was allegedly found in Scharrer's pocket. Scharrer was taken by Pennsylvania State Constables before District Justice Bauer and remanded to Warren County Jail.
