Carolyn Seymour was mayor of Jamestown when Sue and Keith Blake started a "shadow" enrichment program at City Hall for children in the youth group at Emmanuel Baptist Church. Sally Stauffer's column about the Blakes in Monday's edition contained an error that was caused during page production at The Post-Journal.
