GIRLS SOCCER: Dragons fall to ‘Hurst

ERIE — Mercyhurst Prep scored seven first-half goals and never let up in an 11-3 Region 5 victory over Warren Tuesday in Erie. Warren, coming of two straight scoreless ties, was unable to keep up with the strong offensive performance of the Lady Lakers. Despite the loss, the Dragons did get goals from Shannon Moyer, Megan Loomis and Kaitlyn Levesque. Warren (0-2-2) returns to the field Thursday when it visits Corry.
