The Breast Cancer Support Group will meet at 6 p.m. today for dinner at Friendly's in Brooklyn Square, and its meeting will begin at 7. The group will work on its projects for October, including Breast Cancer Awareness Month and the project ''Turn on the Pink to Black Out Breast Cancer,'' which is being sponsored by the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
