The Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Employee Benevolent Association is now taking applications for its 2010 $500 scholarship award.
This scholarship is available to any high school senior who is planning on entering the criminal justice or police science field and it is limited to law enforcement studies only.
You must be a resident of Cattaraugus County to qualify and any interested person should contact the guidance office in their school for more information. All applications should be postmarked no later than May 24.
