HANOVER - Jeffrey W. Hoffman Jr., 28, of West Seneca was charged with speeding and first-offense driving while intoxicated Sunday after a traffic stop on Routes 5 and 20. An initial arrest report from the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office incorrectly reported that he had a prior DWI arrest, and a correction was sent out early Monday morning.
