FORESTVILLE - Linda A. Moran, 57, of Creek Road, Forestville, formerly of Jamestown, died Thursday, March 18, 2010 at her residence, following a lengthy illness.
Ms. Moran was born in Jamestown, on June 4, 1952, the daughter of the late Ruby "Bonnie" (Harnish) Orr Hosier.
She enjoyed doing many crafts, fishing, animals and the sunny beach.

Survivors include her loving companion of 20 years, Ron Austin of Forestville: two daughters: Lisa (Bob) Bowden of Indiana, Danielle (Joe Candero) Moran of Texas; a "step son" Robert (Amanda) Austin of Silver Creek; a "step daughter" Shauna Austin of Missouri; a devoted sister, Stacie (Larry Harrington) Haight of Perrysburg; a sister-in-law, Cindy Orr of Kennedy; eight grandchildren Elijah, Devon, Brayden, Tyson, Garett, Lyman, Dorothy and Olivia; one "step granddaughter," Ella; two great-grandsons; seven nieces and nephews: Nichole Haight, Mckenzie Harrington, Bradley Orr Jr., Bobby Orr, Tracy Sanderson, Sabrina Carpenter and Tammie Fisher.
Besides her mother, she was predeceased by a brother, Bradley Orr.
There will be no visitation observed. As per the deceased's request, she will be cremated and a memorial service will be held from the South Dayton Fire Hall, 1 Maple Street, South Dayton on Sunday, March 28, from 1 to 5 pm.
The family suggests memorials may be made either to the American Cancer Society, 101 John J. Audubon Parkway, Amherst, NY 14228-1198 or to HOSPICE Chautauqua County, Inc., 20 W. Fairmount Avenue, Lakewood, NY 14750.
