CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT
CHAUTAUQUA - Mark R. Daniels, 47, of Twinsburg, Ohio, was charged with driving while intoxicated and cited for failure to maintain lane and failure to keep right on Saturday following a traffic stop on Route 394 around 9 p.m. Deputies reported that he was stopped for allegedly crossing the center and fog lines several times and later determined to be intoxicated. He was processed and released with an appearance ticket to be in Chautauqua Town Court.
ELLERY - Jill D. Kondak, 38, of Bemus Point was charged with felony DWI and cited for failure to keep right Saturday following a one-car accident on the Route 430 off-ramp. Deputies responded to a report of a vehicle off the road and found Kondak in her vehicle. They allege she was intoxicated and a previous DWI conviction elevates the current charge to the felony level. She was processed and released with an appearance ticket and will be in court later.
MAYVILLE - Buster C. Swanson, 27, of Jamestown was taken into custody on a warrant charging him with grand larceny on Tuesday following an appearance on the county's most wanted list. He was taken into custody by Jamestown police and sent to the Chautauqua County Jail in Mayville. He will be removed from the list and will appear in court later.
MAYVILLE - Andrew J. Pavlock, 30, of Jamestown was served with a detainer warrant on Wednesday for failing to appear in Busti Town Court. Pavlock is in the Chautauqua County Jail in Mayville on unrelated charges and will appear in court on March 16.

DUNKIRK - John Loveland, 50, of Dunkirk was charged with first-degree assault and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon on Monday, following an incident on Saturday. According to Dunkirk police, around 7 p.m., Loveland walked into the Fillmore Tavern on Central Avenue with a baseball bat and allegedly hit a 52-year-old man on the right side of his face near his eye. The victim was taken to Brooks Memorial Hospital by ambulance, and then flown to the Erie County Medical Center in Buffalo with what was believed to be severe facial lacerations and possible eye damage. He has since been released from the hospital and on Monday. Loveland turned himself in and was charged. He was arraigned and sent to the county jail, where he posted bail later in the day. After posting $30,000 cash or $60,000 property bond, he was released and will return to court later.
PENNSYLVANIA LAW ENFORCEMENT
CONEWANGO - Chris Fremont McAmbley, no age given, of Warren was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and several traffic infractions after a traffic stop on Route 62 across from Midtown Motors on Monday around 8:39 p.m.
SUGAR GROVE - Warren-based state police reported that a 27-year-old man from Frewsburg told them that a man threatened him with a handgun on State Route 957 near Big Tree Road on Wednesday around 1 a.m. The investigation is continuing and anyone with information is asked to call the Pennsylvania State Police at 814-728-3600 or Warren County Crime Stoppers at 800-83-CRIME.
YOUNGSVILLE - Lindsey Autumn Jones, 25, of Pittsfield, Pa., was charged with DUI following a one-vehicle accident Wednesday morning. Warren-based state police reported that around 1:50 a.m., Jones was driving on Route 6 when she crossed over onto Old Pittsfield Road and went off the right side of the road, striking a railroad crossing assembly before coming to rest against the utility pole. Jones was allegedly found to be under the influence of alcohol and charges were filed in District Court. Troopers were assisted at the scene by Conewango Township police and Youngsville volunteer firefighters.
NORTH EAST - An accident on Route 20 Tuesday evening sent three North East residents to the hospital and is still under investigation by Erie-based state police. According to troopers, around 7:45 p.m., a 1998 Buick LeSabre driven by 49-year-old Beverly A. Styk was westbound on Route 20 while a 2004 Ford Explorer driven by Russell W. Casal, 19, and a 2002 Dodge Neon driven by Jeffery W. Feath, 18, were both eastbound. Styk's Buick crossed into the oncoming lane and struck the Explorer, causing it to roll over onto its roof. Styk's Buick then continued west and struck the Neon. Styk and Feath were both taken to the Hamot Medical Center for treatment of major injuries and Casal and his two passengers, 64-year-old Peter Casal and 53-year-old Lillian M. Casal, were taken to the hospital for treatment of moderate injuries. All three vehicles sustained major damage and were towed from the scene.
