Theodore "Ted" Richard Young, born Oct. 3, 1918, died Feb. 5, 2010, in Sodus, N.Y. He and his wife, Jean, were married 69 years ago, June 28, 1940, in Jamestown, N.Y. After three years in the the U.S. Army, they established residence on a farm off Elm Creek Road, East Randolph, N.Y., in 1944. Ted was a long-time member of the Randolph Seventh-day Adventist Church. He is survived by his wife, Jean, and his four children: Theodore "Ted" Jr., Robert (Gail), Colleen (Wayne), and Mary (Glenn), as well as six grandchildren and six great -grandchildren.
