JAMESTOWN POLICE

Thomas A. Myers Sr., 38, of Jamestown was charged with failure to stop for a stop sign, failure to signal, driving while intoxicated and DWI per se at 10:51 p.m. Friday. According to a police report, a Jamestown Police Department STOP DWI unit saw a Dodge Caravan allegedly driven through a stop sign at the intersection of Allen Street and English Street before pulling suddenly to the curb without signaling. Myers was then charged.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S

Robert D. Hornburg, 46, of 7235 Route 380, Lot 6, Stockton, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child at 9 p.m. Thursday after allegedly giving a 13-year-old girl a can of Busch beer. He will be in Stockton Town Court later.

CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF'S

Joshua J. Dash, 30, of 34 Wheeden Road, Randolph, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt at 3:10 a.m. Friday on School House Road, Randolph, after allegedly violating an order issued by Randolph Village Court on Dec. 24. Dash was arraigned and taken to the Cattaraugus County Jail on $1,000 bail.

James C. Daly, 23, of 429 Jewett Holmwood Road, East Aurora, was arrested on a felony warrant charging him with second-degree burglary, third-degree grand larceny and third-degree criminal mischief after he was pulled over for a seat belt violation in West Seneca. He was taken to Ashford Town Court, where bail was set at $15,000, and taken to the Cattaraugus County Jail.

Jessica L. Lay, 17, of 52 Clinton St., Salamanca, was charged with aggravated DWI, DWI, failure to maintain lane and having an open container of alcohol in a vehicle at 3 a.m. Friday after she was pulled over on Route 353 in Salamanca. According to a police report, she was processed and released to be in Salamanca Town Court later.
