CHARLOTTE CENTER - Dorothy D. Creed, 91, of the Frewsburg Rest Home, formerly of Charlotte Center, and Bemus Point, died Friday, Dec. 18, 2009, at WCA Hospital, James-town.
Born Oct. 15, 1918, in New York City, she was the daughter of the late Peter and Otelle Inman Duzet.
While living in Bemus Point, she was employed by AVM of Jamestown as vice president and director of advertising and public rela-tions.
Beloved wife of 63 years to the late Clifford F. Creed, whom she married April 16, 1939, and who died Jan. 7, 2003; mother of Clifford Dean Creed of Dewittville, and Dr. Caro-lyn Creed of Flemington, N.J.; grandmother of seven; great-grandmother of 15.
A private service will be held by the family at Jor-dan Funeral Home, Sin-clairville. Burial in Bemus Point Cemetery.
