Celoron To Hold Christmas Lighting Contest
CELORON - Following the Celoron Christmas tree lighting ceremony recently at the Celoron Community Center, the village announced a joint contest with Brigiotta's Greenhouse and Garden Center to sponsor a holiday lighting contest for all village residents.
A group of judges will select winners in the following categories: best Christmas theme, best holiday presentation, most lights, most creative and most unique. Winners will receive a $100 gift certificate for Brigiotta's Greenhouse and Garden Center. Judging will be Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, with winners announced at 6 p.m. Thursday in the Celoron Community Center, 47 Dunham Ave., Celoron.
Entry forms are available by e-mailing the village at celoron@netsync.net, at the village hall or the Celoron Post Office and should be returned to the village hall by 5 p.m. Friday.
