Mr. Edward Charles Chambers Sr., 52, of Sherman, N.Y., passed away Nov. 26, 2009, at Vista Care in Columbus, Ga.

Mr. Chambers was born Jan. 20, 1957, the son of Dorothy Jane Warner Chambers and the late William Henry Chambers Jr. He was a lifelong Sherman resident until Oct. 26, 2009, when he moved to Ellerslie, Ga., to be with his children and grandchildren. He was a cross country truck driver for 16 years.

Besides his mother of Sherman, N.Y., he is survived by his wife of 33 years, Patricia Crandall Chambers of Sherman, N.Y.; daughter, Terri Chambers Howard and husband, Jeff of Ellerslie, Ga.; son, Edward Charles Chambers Jr. and wife, Yvonne of Columbus, Ga.; three wonderful grandsons: Christopher and Marcel Chambers and James Howard; brothers: Richard Chambers of Olean, N.Y., and Bill Chambers III of Sherman, N.Y.; and sisters: Julie Chambers of Hilliard, Ohio, and Ann Chambers Smith of Sherman, N.Y.

He will be greatly missed by all, but his loving memories will be cherished in our hearts forever.
