Food Express Truck Will Visit Ashville
ASHVILLE - The Food Express Truck from WNY Food Bank will arrive at Ashville Food Pantry on Tuesday from noon to 1:30 p.m. then reopen at 3:30 to 5 p.m. The Food Express Truck brings fresh fruit, vegetables, dairy products and many bake goods to our area. The express Truck at this station services zip codes 14710 (Ashville), 14712 (Bemus Point), 14720 (Celeron), 14750 (Lakewood), 14758 (Niobe), 14747 (Panama) and 14785 (Stow.) Plus while their food express is closed for the winter, 14724 (Clymer) and 14781 (Sherman.) Rebecka Davis from Cornell Cooperative Extension will be joining us with her recepies and nutritional ideas for the colder weather. The Ashville Food Pantry is located in the Ashville United Methodist Church by the blinker light in Ashville. Participants will need to bring proof of zip code and bags or boxes to carry home their purchases.
