JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

Garrett L. Ball, 23, of Little Valley was charged with felony driving while intoxicated and driving without headlights Friday morning after a traffic stop on Falconer Street. Police reported that around 3:07 a.m., a 1998 Ford Truck driven by Ball was seen driving without headlights and he was pulled over. During the interview, officers allegedly learned that Ball was intoxicated and a breathylizer allegedly revealed his blood-alcohol content was more than twice the legal limit. A check of his driving record revealed a previous DWI conviction in the past 10 years, elevating the charge to the felony level. He was held at the city jail awaiting arraignment.

Richard E. Brown, 30, of Jamestown was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and petit larceny after an incident on the north side of the city. Around 2:49 a.m., a woman reported a suspicious person to police. Officers allegedly learned that Brown smashed a window on the woman's vehicle and stole property from it while it was parked on Wilson Place, off of Lakeview Avenue. He was allegedly found with he stolen property and taken to the city jail where he was held awaiting arraignment.

ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT

CELORON - Michael D. Beebe, 55, of Celoron was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment Thursday after he allegedly called a Jamestown woman repeatedly and harassed her. Beebe was taken into custody, arraigned and sent to the Chautauqua County Jail where he was held in lieu of $1,000 cash bail.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT

RIPLEY - Mark O. McFeely, 33, of Northeast, Pa., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, driving without insurance, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and speeding Thursday, after a traffic stop on Route 20 at 9:39 p.m. He was released with an appearance ticket and will be in Ripley town Court later.

SALAMANCA POLICE DEPARTMENT

SALAMANCA - Jose M. Correa, 29, of Salamanca was charged with second-degree unlawful imprisonment Thursday around 9:15 p.m. He was taken into custody and held awaiting arraignment in Salamanca City Court.

NEW YORK STATE POLICE

RANDOLPH - Darwin R. Omori, 26, of Brooklyn Park, Mn., was taken into custody on an unspecified federal misdemeanor Wednesday after a traffic stop on Interstate 86 in Randolph. He was held awaiting arraignment.

PENNSYLVANIA LAW ENFORCEMENT

WARREN - Warren County Sheriff's deputies, assisted by the Warren County Adult Probation Department, took Jason Constable, 36, of Warren, Pa., into custody at 7:45 p.m. Wednesday on a bench warrant issued by the Warren County Court of Common Pleas. Deputies said Constable was placed in the Warren County Jail pending further court action.

WARREN - Warren County Sheriff's deputies reported that Courtney Morse Jr., 21, of North Warren was taken into custody at 10:50 p.m. Wednesday on two bench warrant issued by the Warren County Court of Common Pleas. Deputies said Constable was placed in the Warren County Jail pending further court action.

PINE GROVE TOWNSHIP - Warren-based state police reported that sometime between mid-August and Thursday, someone broke into a home owned by a Songbird lane residence, stealing a .22 caliber Derringer pistol and three knives. The knives are described as an LL Bean hunting knife, an old Ka Bar knife and a service-award folding knife with GTE Sylvania written on the side. The pistol was likely stolen with a small vinyl case.

GLADE TOWNSHIP - Warren-based state police reported that someone stole a 16-year-old girl's sneakers while they were in an unlocked locker at the Warren Area High School Tuesday and Wednesday. They were size 8, white and green DC shoes estimated to be worth $60.
